Chef Joseph Thompson



Chef Joseph Thompson has found his way to The Hamptons via Las Vegas, Newport, Rhode Island and some extra curriculum time in Italy. Working with boutique hotels to elevate their restaurants, Chef Joseph found a home to hone his talent and transcend the meaning of anomaly into a simple dining room experience. Chef Joseph is all about mentoring, actively intertwined with our bakers, kitchen team, retail grocer, chickens and turtles. Menu ingredients are accessible to all guests, vis-à-vis the grocer and or a dialogue with the Chef.
