The Restaurant

Our East End Long Island restaurant focus is on the purity and character of the available ingredients, processes, seasonal influences, and imaginative alternatives. Intuitively, Chef Joseph Thompson harmonizes the menus with the local farm fresh produce, East End sourced seafood, meat and poultry, and handmade pastas, cut fries, in-house cured fish, charcuterie, eggs from our coop with an abundance of European style bread selection, while playfully creating a spin on the farms to our tables. The in-house butchery propagates the finest broths prepared in our kitchen and available through our grocer. Vegetarian and vegan options are always a consideration within our menus.
